We support and manage tenants, customers, and clients, offering professional building management to both government and non-government clients. As the ACT Government's expert in commercial leases and tenancy agreements, we ensure smooth operations and excellent service.About the Role:In this exciting position, you'll be at the heart of non-government property management. You'll draft and manage accommodation plans, execute sub-leases and licenses, and drive licensing projects with precision and attention to detail. Your strong administrative skills and property background will shine as you work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to achieve outstanding property outcomes.What You'll Do:Provide high-quality, customer-focused leasing and accommodation advice.Partner with Customer Relationship Managers to deliver top-notch accommodation strategy advice.Produce best practice licensing and leasing documents, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.Lead and supervise the licensing team, ensuring timely and customer-focused outcomes.Offer expert advice on non-government licensing arrangements.Manage and update community leasing policies.Contribute to good governance and continuous improvement within the Branch.Ensure compliance with legislative responsibilities.Develop and maintain key strategic relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.Utilize various computer programs to deliver high-quality outcomes.Uphold the ACTPS values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.What You Need:Experience in managing and reporting on strategic property and accommodation matters.Understanding of property management, project management, risk management, leasing/contract management, and/or ACT government procurement processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to lead and foster a positive team culture.Join us and be part of a team that values respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation. This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
