Construction Project Manager

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of multiple aspects of project delivery. Whether you're an experienced Site Foreman or ready to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to play a key role in the success of Storco's construction projects.As a Site Foreman, you will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. We emphasize teamwork, innovation, and safety as the cornerstones of our success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with architects, engineers, tradespeople, and other professionals to facilitate smooth communication and resolve on-site challenges.Organize and manage labor resources, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and plant.Review and analyze architectural drawings and project specifications to verify alignment with design plans.Monitor subcontractors' work to maintain high standards and adherence to timelines.Negotiate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Confirm compliance with building legislation and maintain safety, cost-efficiency, and performance standards.Coordinate and arrange inspections by local authorities to verify regulatory compliance.About Storco: Storco is a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, delivering innovative solutions and high-quality projects across Australia and New Zealand.
