Hydraulic Hose Fitters/ Mine Tech - Middlemount/ Moranbah QLD - FIFO 7/7 RosterParker Hannifin is a global leader in motion and control technologies operating for 100 years.
We are also a market leader in the service and supply of hoses and fittings to the Mining and Oil & Gas industries across Australia.
This is a very exciting opportunity for a motivated Hydraulic Hose Fitter/ Mine Technician who wants to join a world leading company working in Middlemount/ Moranbah in QLD.
Reporting to the Qld ESD Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:
Hose and fitting assemblyRepair and maintenance of hydraulic hose assemblies on all machinesCarrying out audits, inspections and hydraulic diagnosisDelivering consistent and high-quality service to our customersThe required work roster is 7 days on and 7 days off.
Night shift when required.
In-town residential accommodation whilst on site will be provided, camp accommodation when applicable.
Selection Criteria: MR Driver's licence preferredExperience in hose and fitting assemblyMechanical background preferredExperience and/or certification in fire suppression would be an assetAbility to use MS Office (mainly Word & Excel) programsAbility to work in a team environmentA positive, "can do" attitudeMature age candidates willing to develop new skills, Parker Hannifin is willing to train the ideal candidate.
