As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kenmore, Princeton Street, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide About Goodstart Kenmore, Princeton Street

Age Range: We care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, offering tailored learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Collaborative Approach: We work in partnership with families to support each child's unique learning journey, ensuring they are well-prepared for school.
Qualified Team: Join a team of professionals with relevant qualifications, current blue cards, and first aid certificates.
Play-Based Learning: Our stimulating rooms and engaging programs focus on individual strengths, interests, and needs.
Outdoor Spaces: Our playgrounds blend natural and manmade elements, promoting exploration, sustainability, and imaginative play.
Communication: Utilise our Storypark platform to maintain clear communication with families, supporting children's development and milestone tracking.
Nutrition: On-site cook provides healthy meals daily, catering to all dietary needs.
Community Engagement: We actively involve the local community to enrich children's learning experiences and foster a sense of social responsibility.
