Casual Educator

Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Join us as a Casual Educator to build on your expertise working in Childcare, as a key member of our warm and supportive team.
You'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to the Aurrum Kids curriculum in collaboration with our Early Childhood Teachers and Educational Leader.
You will Foster meaningful relationships with the children, families, fellow Educators, and the wider centre community.
Develop and implement an innovative early learning program in line with best practices.
Observe children's strengths, development needs, interests, and play, and create personalised learning opportunities catered to these.
Document children's learning and development, sharing information and key milestones with families.
Support the centre on a Casual basis, offering you flexibility to make the most of your work-life balance.
Flexibility to work Casual shifts that suit you, to support your wellbeing and work-life balance.
Personalised career and development plans, focused on your goals.
Work in a beautifully designed centre with state-of-the-art resources.
Meals and uniforms provided.
About you You'll be able to create a warm and welcoming environment and share your passion for caring for children and supporting their learning.
You will be committed to making a difference in early years learning and working closely with other team members to provide an excellent experience for Aurrum children.
Additionally, you will have: A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA recognised equivalent.
A practical understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards.
An up-to-date working with children check (WWCC) and children protection certificate, or willingness to obtain.
