The key focus of this role is the identification and engagement of quality talent to proactively fill both existing, newly created, and future roles within NEX Building Group.
More specifically, you will:Engage with business leaders on talent attraction matters, proactively supporting their people resourcing needs and recruiting quality candidatesOwn the talent attraction function from end to end, including taking thorough job briefs, sourcing, screening, assessing, checking, right through to ensuring employment agreements are sent to successful candidates in a timely mannerIdentify talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutionsDrive a positive candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment processCollaborate on, and carry out key recruitment projects as assignedAssist with the delivery of diversity, early talent, weekly vacancies email, and other TA strategiesMaintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accuratelyAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values: Accountability, Better Together, People Matter, and Think Bigger.
