HSW Reporting & Projects Specialist About the role Exciting opportunity to work in a large health and safety function, supporting projects and reporting to enable improvements across the organisation.
The role can be based at any of our sites around Australia.
Reporting to the National HSW Projects & Systems Manager, this role provides two critical functions in supporting Healthscope to deliver on:
Leading projects that relate to employee wellbeing, risk reduction programs or management system development.Leading the HSW reporting program, ensuring through high quality data and analysis, and reporting system administration, Healthscope's safety performance data is supporting improvement across the organisation.About You You are passionate about keeping people safe, and understand the connection between good reporting and project management and improved safety performance.
You have:
Experience in delivering health and safety, or related, performance reporting in complex organisations.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.A minimum of 5 years' experience in a health and safety or related role.Why Healthscope When you join Healthscope, you become part of our Community of Care.
