LEAD Childcare Wooloowin has a new opportunity for an Educational Leader who is passionate about committing long term to a motivated and dedicated team of Early Childhood Professionals.
You will have proven experience as an Educational Leader and demonstrate knowledge and understanding within the Early Childhood Sector.
We are searching for a professional who is passionate about learning and evolving as an Early Childhood Educator, who has drive and confidence in providing outstanding learning opportunities for our children.

About your EXCITING new career You will be encouraged to contribute to and uphold the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare. You will inspire a team of passionate Educators to implement quality programs and embed policies and procedures into child-focused Centre practices, routines, and rituals. Create long-lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community. Support the Centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards. What you will need to SUCCEED Hold or be willing to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or relevant qualifications. Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012). Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009). Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate. Current Working with Children Check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation. Current Child Protection Certificate. Relevant Food and Fire Safety Certificates. Negotiable Incentives for the right applicant Competitive and negotiable remuneration packages. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.94 – $35.20 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
Benefits: Childcare assistance. Employee discount. Employee mentoring program. Professional development assistance. Schedule: Monday to Friday. No weekends. Experience: Leadership: 1 year (Preferred). Licence/Certification: Working with Children Check (Preferred). Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred). Work Location: In person
