for booking events such as birthday parties, team building activities, date nights and more, with class offerings ranging from dance classes to cooking classes to floral arranging classes and other creative experiences.We are looking for a Culinary Sales Associate with strong experience in inbound and outbound sales to join our team.
This role will have a lot of growth opportunities and is compensated through a base compensation + commission.Responsibilities Include:Lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives.Be an expert in the experiences featured on Classpop
in order to sell the right experience to clients.Follow up with client inquiries in a timely manner both by email and over the phone, in line with company standards for communication.Continuously work to improve the sales process and the offerings on ClasspopMinimum Requirements:4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience4+ years of phone sales experienceRevenue driven with a track record of exceeding monthly and or quarterly targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEfficient time management and ability to work free of distractions in a home office environmentAbility to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday)Experience handling a high volume of leads via phone and emailCRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk)Proficient in Google Suite and ExcelWhat We Offer:Work anywhere in the world (we are 100% remote team)Opportunity to grow within the organization and learn from some of the best in the industryGreat work environment with a strong and friendly team of co-workersLocation: Adelaide, Australia, or anywhere in the world.
