About the roleThe main focus of this role will be helping keep our modern fleet of Prime movers, earthmoving equipment and all mechanical equipment operational and serviced, maintained and repaired as needed in accordance with requirements.
Duties Support the Finance Manager and all operational divisions with administrative dutiesMaking sure Invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate mannerMaking sure Customers are set up correctly in the systemMaking sure all Value added services are captured prior to completing InvoicingWorking with Line Managers and Admin team to understand job categories and specific Client requirementsData entry, filing, preparation of adhoc reportsCollecting client information and follow up actions from clients and debtorsInvoicing and some payroll calculation aspects.Assist with balance sheet and accountsAssist and support accounts payable and receivables and take action as requiredAssist and support payroll as requiredWorking as a team across all sections of the businessAct within company and legislative SHE requirements at all times and promote safe working practices across all departments and teamsAbout You Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quicklyReliable, team player, with a can-do attitudeAbility to multitask and prioritise projects and activitiesOutstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skillsFocused and compliant with all safe work practicesExcellent communication skills both written and oralFlexible approach with strong business acumenTertiary education (preferred but not required)Experience in Finance (preferred)Benefits Up to 50% off gyms, studios, active wear, healthy meals, supplements, recovery and more through the Qube Fit program.Discounted health insuranceSpecial paid leave to participate in volunteering activitiesUnlimited access to employee assistance program delivered through BenestarGenerous paid parental leave for eligible employeesOngoing learning, development, and training opportunities for employeesQube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
