Join us in our journey as we continue to redefine what's possible in industrial technology and drive positive change for businesses and communities across Australia and beyond.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and Trade qualified Field Service Technician, with a main responsibility of servicing, fault-finding and breakdown requests to join our Bosch Rexroth group in Adelaide, South Australia.Position Tasks:Respond to external service and breakdown requests.Installation and commissioning on large hydraulic projects.Serves our customers' needs by studying the system requirements and developing proactive responses to faults, maintenance or modernisation topics.Fault-finding diagnosis and product analysis reporting.Hydraulic system fault finding and testing.Ordering and gathering components, installation, performing tests, identifying further repairs, and identifying any spare parts opportunities.Maintaining customer confidentiality.Prepare service quotations and follow up with the customer.Upload all relevant External Service documentation including vendor quotations, delivery dockets, service quotations, service reports.Ensure quality control through documenting tests and installations including supplying customer documentation.Conduct on-site inspections, repairs, installations and testing on Hydraulic components and associated equipment.Regular customer contact and client management, offering the best solution.QualificationsPosition Requirements:Australian Permanent Resident or CitizenHydraulic fitter trade or equivalent5 years field service or hydraulic system experienceCompetent level of hydraulic knowledgeHigh focus on Quality and attention to detailDynamic performer and achieverPlanning and organisational skillsAdditional InformationThe benefits of working at Bosch Rexroth:Collaborative, pragmatic, diverse and respectful team environmentHourly based with reasonable overtimeCompany supplied and laundered uniformDiverse and exciting career opportunities.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.Staff discounts on Bosch and affiliated-brand products.If you are looking for a new challenge in a profitable and stable company that will appreciate you for your hard work then this is your ideal role.Agency applications will not be accepted for this position.
