20 days ago , from Peppercorn Recruitment The company:This business has had a long history of servicing the construction, infrastructure and mining sectors in Australia.About the role:Based in the company's head office located on the southside of Brisbane, you will report to the General Counsel and work across a broad mix of work including:project and AS construction contracts, procurement, distribution agreements, tenders etc;property matters including leases, compensation agreements etc;company secretarial duties for joint ventures and subsidiaries;other BAU legal work including litigation, workplace, regulatory approvals, intellectual property etc.Skills/Experience:To be considered for this role you will have:8-15 years' post admission experience;training in a large law firm + experience across the above areas;in-house or secondment experience;a confident, commercial and pragmatic approach.
