On behalf of our client, Integricare, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational management of 8 Early Learning Centres, from Northmead to Rockdale.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role is integral to ensuring compliance, quality, and excellence across all sites.

About the Role: This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in multi-site operations management and a deep understanding of compliance requirements within the early learning sector.
The successful candidate will drive performance, support centre teams, and uphold the organisation's Christian mission and values.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations across 8 Early Learning Centres, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and goals.Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and lead quality assurance initiatives.Provide strategic guidance and operational support to Centre Managers.Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and adherence to the organisation's mission.Qualifications and Skills: Experience:Experience in multi-site operations managementStrong expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements.Education: Valid ECT qualification with NESA accreditation (proficient preferred; provisional considered).Values: A strong Christian ethos and commitment to the organisation's mission are essential.What's on Offer: Immediate start for the right candidate.Competitive salary based on applicants skills and experience.Dedicated parking spot.About You: You are a confident and experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and early childhood education.
