No on call Fur Life Vet Bunbury (Harradine and Associates Veterinary Surgeons) has an exciting opportunity for a small animal vet to join our established hospital and team.
Our hospital has been locally operated for over 50 years and is an important part of the local community.
We have a great team of vets and nurses and a great client base.
We aim to provide a high standard of medical and surgical knowledge and treatment to our patients in a friendly, compassionate hospital environment.
Bunbury is a large regional coastal city without the Perth hustle and bustle but only 2 hours away from all the capital city services.
We have fantastic schools to choose from, good retail, entertainment, and sporting facilities.
For those who appreciate wine and gourmet produce, we are within easy reach of the Margaret River region.
About the Position: No on call Opportunity to move into a leadership position with the support of Apiam's Leadership Development Program or if you are at a stage in your career where you are ready to take on the clinical lead role then contact us to discuss this opportunity. We are looking for an experienced vet to join the team but new and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Full time position with a 4-day work week or Part time position and flexible work arrangements around your requirements. A strong support team working across our main hospital and smaller branch clinic. Our vets have special interests in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, avian medicine, alternate therapies and rehab therapy.
We cover most work in clinic but have the option of referral to Perth if required. Opportunity to improve orthopaedic surgical skills under the tuition of an experienced vet. About You: Our ideal candidate will want to work in a hands-on clinic to get in and hone their skills.
They will want to focus on furthering their vet career by taking the initiative in learning from our experienced team, Apiam's opportunities for development and the large and varied caseload.
Or, they have experience and are wanting to move into a leadership position.
They will want to work in an interesting location not far from a major centre with no on call and enjoy the lifestyle our area offers.

Remuneration and Apiam perks: Generous salary package including a base salary of $75,000 (for new grads) – $120,000 + (depending on experience).
