Entry Level Finance Role, based Mermaid Beach $65k Base Salary plus incentive and super Part time role: Work 25 hours/week over 5 days Are you looking to break into a Finance role and gain exposure to Accounts Payable.

About the Role: We're looking for an all-rounder Finance Officer to join our team for 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
You'll have the flexibility to start and finish between 8am and 5pm, making it easy to fit around school pick-ups or other commitments.
Based in our Mermaid Beach office, you'll play a key role in managing a variety of financial tasks, contributing to the success of Australia's largest privately-owned occupational health business.

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and setup of new customers.
Handle reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
Communicate with clients via phone and email, responding to queries and following up payments.
Create customer financial reports.
Perform data entry and process payments.
Assist the finance team with other administrative and finance-related tasks.
