Steel Fixers (Melbourne & Metropolitan Area)Alpha Reo is a Victoria-based construction company specialising in steel fixing, providing a fully integrated service in the commercial, civil and infrastructure sectors of our industry.The business has over 20 years of experience within the steel fixing industry and has managed to evolve with the numerous changes in the construction industry to now become one of the most trusted steel fixing companies in the industry.Our main focus is the installation of reinforcement out on our construction sites; however, we have now grown our business with our fabrication services to meet our continuing client needs.We are seeking experienced Steel Fixers for an immediate start on infrastructure projects in Melbourne.
The role includes preparation and installation of steel reinforcement for concrete structures on the Big Build.Responsibilities:Experience laying reo, steel fixing and securing of reinforcement on infrastructure projectsOperating hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyAdhering to all safety protocols and site proceduresCollaborating with the construction team to ensure project deadlines are metWhat we're looking for:Previous experience necessaryAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipProficiency in using hand tools and power toolsCurrent construction industry safety certification (e.g.
