Initiating and coordinating quality activities and service improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the service.Building and maintaining professional networks and working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the region to support service development and quality activities.Establishing social work practices and protocols for managing complex psychosocial cases.Providing consultative services to all areas within the Women's and Children's Hospital, including support, education, and problem-solving for complex psychosocial cases.Coordinating and facilitating an ongoing training and development program for Social Work staff.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Experience at a senior clinical level within the profession in an area of specialisation.Demonstrated ability to undertake a clinical caseload while undertaking concurrent project work.Ability to co-ordinate service provision for consumers.Ability to supervise a professional team and effectively and efficiently manage time and other resources.What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.Access to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program that gives you and your family access to a wide choice of gyms and pools across South Australia.
