We provide a broad range of banking and financial services in these markets, including consumer, business and institutional banking and wealth management services.About the roleHow will I help? This role is part of the Expense Management team in the Finance Function. Working with a group of professionals, this role is accountable for delivering strong expense management, capability uplift, and financial control through adherence to policies, processes, and standards; providing financial insights and advice to help our business leaders achieve target outcomes; and building and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.What you'll be responsible forManage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity.Accounts Payable and Receivable Management.Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, and undertake reconciliations.Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals.Skills you'll needWorks with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals.Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.Meet the teamFinanceWestpac serves a fundamental role in making financial decisions for internal and external affairs.
