As a
Manager, HR Business Partnering , you will be the essential connector between UnitingCare's relevant service areas and the strategic P&C centres of excellence, driving people initiatives that advance our organisational goals.In this newly created role, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing strategic HR support to the relevant service area, ensuring alignment with UnitingCare's overall strategy and priorities.
You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to understand business challenges and define workforce outcomes.
You will also support the co-design of integrated P&C initiatives and processes with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic workforce plan and key P&C initiatives.Please note, this is a full time, permanent role, where flexible working is encouraged.Your part in our UnitingCare team:Lead and develop an effective and productive business partnering team and build strong stakeholder relationships.Lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives relating to workforce and drive the successful execution of the People Cycle including remuneration, talent, succession and performance annually.Report to the GM Business Partnering and Relevant GM on key capability and remuneration issues, developments and directions and strategic and operational plans.Attend and participate in Service Stream business meetings as required including being an active member in Senior Leadership Team meetings.Oversee and contribute to building partnerships with leaders (at all levels) to coach, mentor and positively influence employee relations and business unit outcomes.Co-lead enterprise bargaining negotiations with Unions and/or staff as required and support ongoing improvements to the HRIS and other IT systems through stakeholder insights and frontline workforce needs.Develop divisional People and Culture Plans (cascading from our People First Strategy) to align people and HR policies, practices and programs to the organisation's strategy and business direction.In partnership with our Employee Relations team, provide specialist advice, guidance and support regarding current industrial Award provisions, legislative matters, and change management processes relating to restructures.Liaising with Centres of Excellence within the broader People and Culture function (e.g.
Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits etc.)
