Do you have experience in placing Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses in rural and remote hospital settings?

The position involves managing a high-volume temporary staffing desk that supplies clinical staff to various departments within the rural and remote hospital sector.
The desk has established accounts that require further development and expansion through your personable nature and experience/track record within the market.
We are seeking an individual with expertise in the sector and an understanding of different Registered Nurse levels and specialist areas to hit the ground running and support the wider healthcare team.
Your Duties will include: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for nursing roles, from initial contact to placement and support whilst on contracts.
Develop warm and cold accounts through business development skills.
Negotiating AustCorp terms of business with clients.
Candidate and pipeline building.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare and employment regulations with support from the dedicated compliance team.
Provide career advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Skills & Experience: Experience in recruiting professionals within the Medical & Healthcare market, particularly Registered Nurses.
Ability to source for roles within Rural Nursing and Emergency Departments for Hospitals and Multipurpose Health Services.
Track record of working on a high volume temporary desk, with excellent organisation skills allowing you to multi task and prioritise workload.
Ability to write suitable ads that would generate and attract skilled candidates.
Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients.
A proven track record of achieving consistent month to month revenue and business generation.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working.
