Remote - Sydney or Melbourne
Are you a Senior Enterprise AE who is hands-on and prepared to prospect?
This role involves pure new business development, prospecting, and lead generation, with the additional opportunity of building out the business down the track. You will need existing marketing contacts at the enterprise level and have previously sold a cloud-based marketing solution. Company Overview:
This company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and build strategic partnerships with large enterprise clients.
Founded over 10 years ago, this venture-funded company offers a digital platform that helps businesses improve their online conversion rates by delivering personalized customer experiences.
Offering AI tools and solutions that optimize user engagement and increase website performance through tailored digital interactions, enabling businesses to convert more website visitors into customers.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on enterprise accounts.Lead Generation: Identify and prospect key decision-makers within target enterprises.Product Demos: Conduct in-depth product presentations tailored to the unique challenges of each client.Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals, using CRM tools.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their business goals and aligning solutions with their needs.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the highest level of service to clients.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive client value and company profitability.Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and an existing network of enterprise marketing connections.Industry Knowledge: Experience in conversion rate optimization or digital customer engagement solutions preferred.Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and forecast sales activities.Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer success and drive growth.Benefits: Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure.Flexible, remote work environment based in Sydney or Melbourne.Career growth opportunities into Sales Manager/Sales Director roles.Salary: Up to $190k base (Depending on Experience) + Super + $300k OTE in Year 1. #J-18808-Ljbffr
