What will I be doing:
We are seeking a Senior Regional Director, Channel and Alliances, overseeing APAC, and reporting directly to the VP of Channel APAC and EMEA.
This is a senior role responsible for developing and executing channel and alliance strategies, building, and nurturing strong partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through an effective channel and alliances program.
This role will be critical in driving the expansion and acceleration of mutual revenue with new and existing partners in the APAC region.
Location : Based in Australia or Singapore, with international travel.
You'll be responsible for the further development and implement the channel and alliances strategy for the APAC region in alignment with the overall company objectives and growth targets.
Leading a team of 3 Channel Managers and Directors to identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners, value-added resellers (VARs), systems integrators (SIs), managed service providers (MSPs), and technology alliance partners, Hiring skilled personnel to deliver a high growth and high performance team, Furthering partnerships – including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration and minimize sales conflicts, Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership, to define joint go-to-market strategies and execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives, Driving partner enablement activities, including training, certification programs, and sales support, to ensure partners in region have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell Darktrace solutions, Analysing channel and alliance performance metrics, including revenue targets, partner pipeline, deal registrations, and partner satisfaction, and provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
Representing Darktrace at industry events, conferences, and partner summits, and actively participate in relevant industry associations and communities, Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in cybersecurity and channel management, and continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the Darktrace's channel and alliances program, What experience do I need:
We welcome applications from candidates who have a successful track record as a partner leader within enterprise security or IT organisations in APAC.
You'll be able to demonstrate prior success supporting and driving the development of a rapidly evolving partner ecosystem, while aligning direct reports to strategic business initiatives and achieving growth targets.
You'll also likely have:
Strong and proven people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals spanning multiple regions.
Excellent aptitude in collaborating with senior internal leaders and senior leaders at Partners.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact results on-time and on-budget, specifically within complex environments.
