Position: MRI Technologist I *5K sign on bonus*Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time (20hrs/wk)Hours: Saturday & Sunday 7:30AM-6:00PM.
On-call responsibility every 8 weeks.Required Travel: N/AWhat you will need:Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited programCertification: CPR requiredExperience: Previous MRI Technologist experience preferredSkills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills requiredWhat you will do:Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and proceduresPrepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfortReview MRI images to ensure optimum qualityAssist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directedNorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is an integrated healthcare delivery system consistently ranked as a Top 15 Teaching Hospital in the U.S.
