Environmental Automation, a specialist in the provision of building controls and automation solutions with sites along the Eastern Seaboard, is seeking an experienced BMS Service Technician/Service Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tingalpa, Queensland.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Remuneration + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance + Company PhoneDiscounted Private Health InsuranceEmployment Assistance ProgramOpportunities for ongoing training and career developmentOption for static sitesTasks & Responsibilities:Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair services on existing BMS/DDC Controls.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with BMS systems and associated equipment.Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs and expectations.Supply accurate service/work records and documentation.Ability to work autonomously to deliver assigned works from start to completion, within the company guidelines.Ability to identify improvements to existing BMS installations and assist sales team in presenting improvements to clients.Carry out all work in a safe manner and adhere to the company's WHS systems and procedures.Qualifications & Experience:Qualifications in Electrical and/or Air Conditioning and/or Relevant Engineering DegreeExperience working with Building Management SystemsExperience and knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems, in particular the use of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and communication networks.Excellent oral and written communications and reporting skills.Strong computer skills including hardware setup, MS Office and databases.Right to work in Australia.Highly Regarded:Experience with Delta Controls, Reliable Controls, and NiagaraPlease do NOT apply for this position if:You are not residing in AustraliaNo Recruiters please.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?How many years' experience do you have as a BMS Service Technician?Do you hold a current electrical licence?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.
