You'll assist in fostering a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices while maintaining alignment with ISO45001/14001 standards and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesHSEQ Policies and Compliance: Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with legislative and company standards.Mentorship and Advisory: Provide guidance to workforce, supervisors, and managers on HSE management.
Deliver internal training on hazard identification and risk management.
Utilise the Donesafe platform for incident reporting, hazard management, audits, and compliance tracking.
Ensure timely closeout of actions and incidents within the system.Site Engagement: Conduct monthly site visits and inspections.
Participate in toolbox and pre-start meetings.
Lead or assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.Client and Stakeholder Relations: Support clients and contractors to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Attend client meetings and provide ongoing technical advice.Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and submit weekly HSE reports.
