Liebherr Australia is currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisors to join our team in Perth.
In this role, you'll provide field and technical support to our customers, ensuring their Liebherr equipment operates at peak performance.
You'll be a problem-solver, a skilled technician, and a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers and colleagues to keep their operations running smoothly.
Duties Inspect products and/or materials for conformity Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manuals, and make recommendations to internal and external customers Maintain, overhaul, and test components as required Perform diagnostic analysis on Liebherr electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Make running adjustments to plant and equipment Qualification and Experience Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experience Liebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable) Proven track record of high-level customer support Customer-focused, great attention to detail, and high-level problem-solving skills High Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP, and WAH What we can offer you?
