This Senior Manager opportunity will have a pathway into ownership/partnership.
About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tax Manager to look after a portfolio of high-value clients. This role will have full back-office support where your job will be client-facing.
Your responsibilities will include: Manage a team of 3 to 4 staff members.Manage a portfolio of high-value clients spanning across various industries and business structures.Oversee and review the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all accounting-related matters.Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Participate in the development and implementation of internal accounting policies and procedures.Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.Skills and experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.CPA or CA certification required.At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with experience managing a team.Xero experience is highly regarded.Experience working with clients in a professional services environment is a plus.Knowledge of Australian accounting regulations and compliance requirements is essential.Benefits and Perks Flexible working arrangements available.This role has full autonomy and is a blank canvas for you to make it your own.Partnership opportunity.Please apply for this opportunity if you are interested in a confidential conversation or email ****** your resume.
