What's on offer A leadership team with a collective 50 years of experience in Salesforce delivery.Over 300 Salesforce specialists, including 7 Certified Technical Architects.Access to unlimited Salesforce certification vouchers across the entire product catalogue.Formal and informal training options including Khumbu sessions, Ohana Meetings, and more.A merit-based structured career program.Use of in-house tools like project management and DevOps tools.Support for work from home, overseas or transfer to other countries.Your role Seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security clearance to build and design enterprise level integration solutions, prepare technical design documentation, present to design governance forums, and lead a team of technical developers.Lead the design of software solutions tailored to meet business needs.Develop system specifications and interfaces for intricate components.Guide application design delivery and ensure effective communication with development teams.Key Skills and Experience (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in configuring Salesforce.Ability to build / modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, etc.Advanced experience in Apex, Lightening Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud knowledge.Experience in using version control and CI / CD tooling.Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is valued.Experience in:Building and designing enterprise level integration solutions.Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.Leading a technical team of developers.Preparing technical design documentation and presenting to governance forums.Building data models to business requirements.Tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum.Troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting.Ability to work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality.Ability to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Deliver projects using agile methodologies within scope, quality, and budget expectations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What we need from you Innovate with creative, robust solutions to customer problems.Communicate through email, showcases, presentations, meetings, and workshops.A relentless passion for client success.Commercial acumen about client goals and Accenture's obligations.Robust analysis and design skills.A collaborative spirit.A passion for Salesforce and its ecosystem.Ethical behaviour and a commitment to equality and diversity.Location Canberra, Sydney, or MelbourneAustralia Working Rights Australian Citizenship is mandatory.NV1 Security clearance is a requirement.Accenture Progressive Employee Benefits View our Progressive Employee Benefits covering Health, Wellbeing, and Progressive Leave Options.
