The role of the Control Systems Team Leader involves leading a dedicated maintenance team in providing ongoing maintenance for all operational technology (OT) assets, responding to faults, and managing potential emergency situations.
Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring that the maintenance team not only meets but exceeds expectations in delivering highly reliable and efficient control systems for the PTA.
About You To excel in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership direction, guidance, technical expertise, and support in the maintenance and repair of OT assets, ensuring they meet PTA requirements and regulatory standards.
An ability to lead by example and provide clear direction will promote a collaborative and high-performance team.Operational Excellence: Focus on achieving operational excellence by setting high standards and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Your strategic vision will guide the team in delivering exceptional results.Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate a strong ability to adapt to both technical and adaptive challenges.
