To be successful in the role:
Available to start January 20th
Call centre, phone-based sales, or insurance experience (desirable) Strong commitment to excellent customer service Driven to exceed KPIs Resilient and skilled in handling high-volume outbound sales calls Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Quick to learn complex systems Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings Team-oriented and highly collaborative Available for CBD office work, Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm (rotating roster) What's in it for you:
