What do you need? Self-motivated with loads of enthusiasm Great communicator Excellent time-management skills Extremely organized and efficient Ability to think on your feet and find solutions Previous experience in a fast-paced environment What's our dream list/nice to have? HR diploma Previously worked in a startup environment Currently in a senior management position First aid certificates as well as mental health first aid training Experience working with Opteo, Optmyzr and Hubspot Knew what B.H.A.G.
