About the role As we continue to grow, we're excited to expand our Services Productisation team and bring on Senior Salesforce Consultants
In this role, you'll take the lead on implementation projects for our new clients, acting as a trusted advisor to guide and support our consulting team.
Together, you'll collaborate to ensure smooth, impactful implementations of the Lumary product, making a lasting difference for our clients.
The day to day role may look like Facilitate and lead client workshops to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges, and provide expert recommendations to optimise the Lumary implementationLead the design and architecture of complex solutions that meet client needs, ensuring scalabilityCarry out high-complexity configurationSupport Consultants with guidance on their solution documentation, design, and configurationDocument requirements for configuration that can be carried out by either themselves or other ConsultantsDocument requirements and solution design for items that will be built by DevelopersWhere required, integrate Salesforce/Lumary with other third-party applications, systems, and data sources to streamline processes and data flowPerform comprehensive testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure the stability and accuracy of custom solutions within the Lumary platformRun Super User training sessions for clients, ensuring they can effectively use Lumary to achieve their goalsProvide guidance to consultants and clients during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processEnsure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance best practices and overseeing data migration, cleansing, and maintenance, whilst also providing support to other team membersProvide support and guidance to consultants and clients during HypercareCollaborate with other senior team members (Senior Consultants, Team Leads, and Solution Architects) to promote cross-pollination of ideas, standards, and training across the broader departmentAs needed, demonstrate the Lumary product stack to clientsYou Have At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including 2+ years in a Senior Consulting roleProven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects with a diverse client baseProficient in Salesforce configurations, Salesforce security principles, SOQL and deployment of metadataExperience in client-facing consulting rolesSalesforce Admin Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (or a demonstrated, appropriate level of knowledge)In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce (mid to Senior level)Ability to lead complex discovery workshops and train Super UsersYou Are Willing To Be vulnerable, make mistakes and share your learnings openly so others can learn tooWork in a start-up to scale-up environment where uncertainty and ambiguity is expected and normalMeet us where we are but also inspired and energised to contribute to our growth which contributes to your own personal and career growthHold yourself accountable to getting things done in a self-organising team environment where we are all responsible for energising our roles and bringing the purpose of our roles to life, you operate proactively and are self-starter by natureYou Value Going above and beyond to deliver value because you care about bringing about positive outcomesSelf-awareness in others and yourself, sharing and relating to others on a personal level at workLumary's values aligning with your personal values:We 'Lead with an open heart' by assuming positive intent and being courageousWe 'Start with the end in mind' by focusing on the long-term impact of our actions and decisionsWe 'Take action in uncertainty' by proactively taking the next best step and exercising autonomyWe 'Enable others for our collective good' through kindness and a team-first approachBenefits of Working With Lumary Learning is happening constantly - it's part of how we workOwn your own personal and professional development and work with an internal coach or mentor (of your choosing) to support you on your journeyFlexibility to work from home and the office - hybrid working environmentFlexible start and finish times - have a routine but on the days you need to book an appointment or finish early, you go for itExposure to cutting-edge social technologies in an international scale-up environmentWorking at Lumary We are proud of the work we are doing and the team we have built so far.
