Duties And Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions using IBM MDM Advanced Edition.Oversee the architecture and integration of MDM systems within the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for MDM projects.Develop and maintain technical documentation for MDM solutions and processes.Ensure the scalability and performance of MDM systems to meet business needs.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MDM systems.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MDM and related technologies.Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of MDM solutions.Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.Contribute to the continuous improvement of MDM processes and methodologies.Mandatory Skills: Possess a strong background in MDM Architecture with hands-on experience in IBM MDM Advanced Edition.Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the development team.Show proficiency in technical documentation and communication skills.Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.Hold a relevant certification in MDM or related technologies, such as IBM Certified Solution Architect.Salary Range: $100,000
