We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and enhance our security framework, ensuring resilience in an evolving threat landscape.About the RoleAs the Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets and infrastructure. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise who can drive the implementation of robust security protocols while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.Key Responsibilities:ISO Compliance:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.Threat Management:Oversee deployment and management of CrowdStrike solutions to detect, prevent, and respond to threats.Implement and optimize Fortinet tools, including firewalls, to ensure network security and performance.Policy and Governance:Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding cybersecurity risks and solutions.Team Leadership:Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering professional growth and excellence.Coordinate cross-functional teams during incident responses and security projects.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in a similar cybersecurity role, with a strong emphasis on ISO standards, CrowdStrike, and Fortinet.In-depth knowledge of threat detection, prevention, and response strategies.Certification in ISO 27001, CISSP, or equivalent is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a high-performing team.How To Apply:Please apply via this job Ad or reach out to ******.
