About the business and the role
SPACE Property South Brisbane sells and manages real estate throughout Brisbane.
The Administrator / Receptionist greets visitors and callers for our team of four sales agents and two property managers, as well as looking after marketing and administration for our sales agents, and property managers as required.
On the job training in office procedures will be provided during handover.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role combines marketing, reception and contracts administration.
The successful applicant will be well presented, friendly, highly organised, an effective multi-tasker, and have excellent attention to detail.
Our receptionist/administrator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and emails, preparing residential sales documents ranging from agency agreements to contracts (including ordering title searches, body corporate documents and pool certificates as required), and managing associated communication with stakeholders including vendors, buyers and their conveyancers.
The role includes arranging marketing for property sales campaigns, including compiling budgets and proposed timelines, organising photographic shoots and floorplans, booking advertising and social media, uploading property images to the web, and preparing signs and brochures for printing, amongst other tasks.
The receptionist/administrator also supports the property managers from time-to-time with overflow tasks.
