As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating end to end delivery of Furniture Fixtures & Equipment for Queensland Health infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Manager FF&E, your role will be responsible for ensuring every facet of FF&E aligns with the division's overarching goals.
You will coordinate with stakeholders to plan, develop and source specialised FF&E requirements.
The successful person You will have demonstrated:
High level knowledge of the Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AUSHFG)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, external service partners, and managementThe ability to engage in design development processes to ensure FF&E selections are suitable for a healthcare settingExperience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including clinical and non-clinical staffExperience using SAP, S/4HANA, Aconex, and DrofusKnowledge of and ability to apply policy, legislation, standards, guidelines, and frameworks relevant to infrastructure planning, policy, and governance; and the ability to rapidly acquire specific technical knowledge and skills relevant to health infrastructure.Demonstrated ability to achieve quality outcomes autonomously and in a team environment, prioritising workload demands to meet competing deadlines.About us The Department of Health is responsible for the overall management of the public health system in Queensland.
