You'll use your management experience to help coach our retail consultants to success, making sure they're driven and energized to reach and exceed store targets.What you'll do:Oversee the induction of your new team membersCoach the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targetsHelp support your team with customer query escalationsBe the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when neededExecute business initiatives in store to meet financial and customer key metricsAct as team cheerleader – leading from the front and helping to motivate the team, and foster an awesome store cultureOrganize the store floor and team's work schedules to meet customer demandAbout you:You have previous experience in a retail leadership/assistant management roleYou're able to energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated successYou lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied teamYou're able to resolve customer issues with your eyes closed and can put a creative spin on problem solvingYou're an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through changeWhat's next?After you've submitted your application, the next step is a video assessment supported by our partner, Hire Vue.
