About the role? ? We're seeking a Senior Network Engineer , responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and ongoing operational support across the organisational network infrastructure.
You'll join an innovative team provides input into the strategic direction, and overarching governance to the technical roadmaps across both network operations and project delivery.

Day-to-day, you will:? Integrate network solutions that improve security and efficiency of Transurban operations Assisting in the coordination and execution of all aspects of technology infrastructure operations Provide an escalation point to support Transurban operations Make network security a priority and ensure entire Transurban network is secured as effectively as possible Provide advice when evaluating and selecting technologies within the Transurban environment This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:? Detailed understanding of networking concepts (switches, routers, protocols such as TCP/IP, etc.)
Exposure to management of large-scale complex mission critical networks Extensive knowledge of routing protocols and concepts (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, etc) Cisco CCNA certification Cisco CCNP certification Cisco CCIE certification – desirable Advanced configuration knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches including Nexus Experience in security products such as Palo Alto – desirable If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
