Their commitment to innovation and operational excellence positions them at the forefront of supply chain advancement in the Asia-Pacific region.THE ROLE:Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Technology, the WMS Implementation Lead will be responsible for:Leading the design and implementation of advanced warehouse management solutions across multiple distribution centres, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technologiesManaging complex system architecture decisions and providing technical leadership in automated warehouse environmentsDriving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimizationOverseeing integration efforts between WMS, ERP, and other core platforms to ensure optimal performanceSupporting distribution centre operations through expert guidance on inventory control, facility layout, and flow optimizationDeveloping logistics models and plans to enhance distribution efficiency and cost-effectivenessABOUT YOU:You will be an experienced supply chain technology professional with:Established experience as a Solution Architect/WMS or TMS Implementation Specialist, Supply Chain Business Analyst or similar role, with excellent understanding of operational warehouse processes and challengesProven track record implementing WMS solutions in complex distribution environmentsStrong background in Lean methodology and continuous improvement practicesDemonstrated experience with automated warehouse technologies and systems integrationExcellence in stakeholder management and project deliveryTertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong understanding of inventory management and DC operationsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Join an organization at the forefront of supply chain innovation:Be part of a transformative technology implementation that will shape the future of Australian retailCompetitive salary package with performance incentivesCareer development opportunities within a growing organizationModern workplace with hybrid working arrangementsAccess to leading-edge technology and automation systemsComprehensive benefits package including health insurance and share plansProfessional development and training opportunitiesNEXT STEPS:If this sounds like the right role for you, APPLY NOW via the appropriate link.
