Care Manager - Aged Care (Regional Zone)Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has partnered with a well-established aged care organisation looking for new Care Managers to join and lead their Care teams in various locations across NSW, including the Blue Mountains, Cooma, Narrandera, and more
You will work closely with a supportive and dedicated General Manager.
The position will suit a progressive Registered Nurse with management expertise seeking career advancement or a well-versed in-charge CCC or CM looking for a new challenge
The organisation provides 6 months of free accommodation on-site to assist with relocation, a 12-month retention bonus (depending on location), and pays above award rates for the right candidate
The Role As the Care Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing both the clinical and operational delivery of person-centered care, ensuring the residents are at the heart of what you do.
You will lead a team of carers and nurses to create a collaborative working environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will utilise your clinical skills while adhering to aged care quality standards and combine your business operational skills to ensure the facility runs seamlessly.
Ultimately, you will ensure a safe environment within the facilities and strive to improve the residents' quality of life
Skills & Experience AHPRA registrationMust be onshore in Australia currently with full working rights (PR, Citizen, Partner VISA)3 years of registered nurse experience required working within aged care OR prior CCC or CM experienceManagement or in-charge on shift experience requiredExcellent communication skills both written and verbalA keen eye for problem-solving and providing effective solutions under pressureManaging workloads within AN-ACC funding levels (care minutes)Knowledge of ACFI and budgetingDelegate tasks, duties, and responsibilities commensurate with the skill mix on every shiftWhat's on Offer Lucrative hourly rate of $55 - $62 an hour + superannuation$10,000 BONUS after 12 months of service (depending on location)6 months of free accommodation provided or relocation assistanceFantastic career progression opportunities into executive-level management rolesSupportive, down-to-earth general manager who leads by exampleApply Now Submit your application by clicking the "Apply Now" button or for more information, please reach out to Seb Newton at Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment.
