This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Brisbane office.What you'll doAs a Suncorp Specialist, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and servicesHandling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needsAchieving sales and service targets set for car and home insuranceAddressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely mannerMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policiesWhat you'll bringTo thrive in this role, you will need:Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for customersMotivation to achieve and surpass goals consistentlyA collaborative spirit, capable of engaging effectively both virtually and in personHigh resilience and adaptability to navigate changeA proactive mindset for continuous learning and innovative thinkingShift & HoursWe are currently recruiting for full-time positions for the below shift options:Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week – start window 10am-11am'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.

This training will be held onsite at our Brisbane, Heritage Lanes office.Work from home requirementsAs this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
