Roles (Responsibilities): Implement solutions and systems that help grow, optimize, and protect our client organizations with a consultative and collaborative approach that improves the experience for users through the innovative use of technology.
Assist clients in defining and achieving their digital ambitions through experience-focused, data-driven digital transformation, cloud services, and delivery excellence by providing expert human-centered consulting services.
Consult with clients on the right solutions, develop the right technical solutions, and choose products that will help meet the business needs of the client.
Expected to have deep expertise in more than one domain/functional area.
Participate in highly complex programs and train users on product functionality, functional testing of software to provide bug-free software to clients.
Be an outcome-focused individual who can build on their experience and capabilities as a consulting professional and successfully deliver client outcomes within tight scope, time, and budget constraints.
Skills Required: Experience across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in the BFSI sector and experience in delivering these BFSI solutions and products.
Experience with frameworks and methodologies such as BABOK, SAFe, TOGAF, and design thinking, for scope definition, requirements gathering and analysis, process design, or building service blueprints.
An understanding of various consulting, business analysis, process, and information modeling, and other modeling techniques.
Tertiary Level Qualification.
At least 5 years of experience to join the team to uncover the needs of our clients and their businesses and deliver digital and data products and services to support this.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
Ability to lead engagements to deliver outcomes of value to the client.
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional): Master of Technology specializing in Enterprise Systems and Business Analytics.
Agile Scrum Foundation from EXIN.
PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS.
ERP with SAP S/4HANA from SAP University Alliance.
Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) from IIBA.
Salary Range: >$100,000
