THE ROLE
Applications are sought from Graduate Mine Surveyors, to join the team at Ora Banda.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
Ensure that survey equipment is well maintained and in good working order.
Carry out all survey tasks as requested by the Senior Mine Surveyor.
Ensure routine tasks are performed in accordance with survey procedures and standards.
Assist with set outs, pickups and mark-ups as required for mining.
Assist with the collection and processing of survey data, production of plans, reports, and other forms of spatial information, including systems to ensure integrity and continued availability of data.
Continual progression to working autonomously.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
To have or be in the process of achieving a Survey Qualification (Diploma or Higher) Experience with basic office software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.)
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus towards teamwork.
