About the Role Our award winning, peer and industry recognised Sydney Banking and Finance practice is growing and we are seeking two talented Senior Associate lawyers to join the practice.
Our core strengths are in Property & Construction Finance, Corporate Finance, Acquisition & Leveraged Finance and Project Finance and you will have the opportunity to: work directly with market leading Banking & Finance Partners; work in a close and collegial team environment on complex and sophisticated matters; work autonomously with plenty of direct client and relationship contact on matters; participate in a structured learning and development program tailored to your level of experience and desired career path; enjoy the benefits of 'one on one' mentoring with a Partner who is focused on your career, development and well-being and to genuinely have clear opportunities for promotion and advancement in a firm that is growing and making up Partners; supervise and be involved in the training and development of more junior colleagues; play to your strengths, in particular if you pride yourself as being a great draftsperson or technician or if you have great relationship and business development skills; and enjoy a great work / life balance, with all of the Partners in our team having young children of their own and understanding the importance of life outside of work.
About you We are particularly interested in hearing from Australian and New Zealand qualified Senior Associates with experience gained in any one or more of the abovementioned areas of Banking & Finance law.
You will be passionate about what you do, keen to continue your learning, and ready to embrace the opportunities that we will provide to you.
You will ideally be based in Sydney but, for the right candidate, we would consider having someone work out of one of our other Australian offices.
