My client is revolutionizing the way businesses access chilled, hot, and sparkling filtered water.
From freestanding and benchtop to under-sink solutions, our products are a must-have in modern offices, catering to a rapidly growing demand for sustainable and hygienic water solutions.
The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force in our quest to transform businesses across your state.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll hunt for new opportunities, connecting with companies that are currently using outdated water options.
Your mission?
To showcase our cutting-edge solutions that eliminate single-use plastics, bottled water coolers, and cheap POU systems.

Weekly digital meetings keep the team connected, focused, and motivated.Super Flexible: No wasted office time; you're out selling or working from home (office base available if that's your preference).What We're Looking For: Natural Sales Skills: You should be a born salesperson with a flair for building relationships and closing deals.
Previous experience in a field sales capacity is essential.Resilience: You'll face challenges head-on and bounce back stronger.
Have a hunger to drive sales and make commission.Solution-Based Selling: A knack for understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.Customer Management: Experience in nurturing and growing existing accounts is a plus.What We Offer: A generous car allowance of AUD 15,000Competitive salary supported with very generous commissions with realistic targets.
