Fund Operations Manager

Full timeThe roleAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end wholesale investor management, fund operations and efficient management of the wholesale funds' registers. This is a crucial, hands-on role where you will need to ensure all functions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders.What you will be doingActing as the primary point of contact for investors on operational mattersManaging end-to-end investor relations operations matters, including investor inquiries, databases and responsibility of all related registry dealingsManaging the external unit registry service provider, including establishing the business rules, internal and external stakeholder management and performanceIdentifying and implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and investor satisfaction, including automating operationsManaging all registry related reporting for the funds and ensuring the fund operations adhere to all relevant regulatory frameworksWorking closely with the Fund Managers, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations and adherence to best practicesWhat makes you stand outTo be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in fund operations, investor relations, and/or portfolio management with wholesale investors within the financial services or investment management sector.
