You'll be responsible for delivering big projects, reviewing product performance, and spearheading growth initiatives. Being part of a fast-growing, product-led business with a track record of deploying many innovative new solutions, you'll juggle strategic and hands-on tasks. Your deep understanding of customer needs will be crucial in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.Not limited to a single product area or type, this versatile role will work closely with all aspects of the business to create innovative products across hardware, software, packaging, customer experience and web.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to grow our product suite and expand market shareLead and mentor a high-performing product team, that is motivated, agile and outcome focusedOversee the delivery of major product initiatives from conception to launchAnalyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvementCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer supportTranslate complex customer needs into simple, elegant product solutionsBalance short-term wins with long-term strategic thinking in product developmentImplement data-driven decision-making processes for product prioritisationStay abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to inform product strategyQualifications and Experience:7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products in a high-growth, innovative environment.Strong experience in technical delivery and working with engineering teams to deploy innovative solutions.Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, juggling both hands-on and strategic responsibilities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to iterate a product over time via data analysis and user feedbackAbility to clearly design each product's roadmap and articulate via collaboration and documentation how and when products and features evolve to ensure a consistent release schedule over timeExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in financial services or fintech is highly desirableBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceAttributes:Loves challenging the status-quoHolds the concept of product 'simplicity' in the highest regardThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to focus on long term thinking through each product's lifecycleBe a present and considered people leader who inspires and motivates teamsBe able to continually balance speed, perfection, functionality, cost and designStrategic thinker with the ability to execute tacticallyTrack record of tackling difficult product challenges to find solutions where no precedent existsWillingness to oscillate between and balance; 'leadership' with 'getting your hands dirty'How we workOur team thrives on the energy of being together.
