Federführende Mitarbeit bei der Integration der Rolle Software Quality Engineer in den bestehenden Entwicklungsprozessen Entwicklung von Standards und Best Practices, Prozessen und Tools zur Qualitätssicherung in einer agilen Umgebung Durchführung von Tests, Testautomatisierungen und kontinuierliche Integration zur Gewährleistung der Softwarequalität Schulung des Entwicklungsteams und der relevanten Stakeholder über die Rolle des Software Quality Engineers zur Verbesserung der Qualität Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten sowie Implementierung von KPIs zur Messung Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Universität, FH) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Software Quality Engineer Kenntnisse in System- und Datenbankdesign sowie Architektur- und Designpatterns Verständnis für einen Software-Development-Cycle in einer agilen Umgebung Eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil sowie Kommunikationsstärke Eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
