Die drei größten Kundengruppen sind Gewerbe- und Industriebetriebe sowie Freiberufler und Gemeinnützige Organisationen (NGOs, NPOs). Unseren Kunden bieten wir ein vollständiges Betreuungs- und Dienstleistungskonzept mit unserem kompetenten und motivierten Team aus rund 20 Mitarbeiter:innen. Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und Schnittstelle zu den Versicherern Stammdatenpflege Kundenanfragen bearbeiten Mitarbeit beim Monatsabschluss Reporting Rechnungstellung Provisionsabrechnung Arbeitsvorbereitung für den Vertrieb Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLW) oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Rechnungswesen Versicherungswissen von Vorteil Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen wie Word, Excel und Outlook Hohe Zahlenaffinität Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Selbstständigkeit Lern- und Weiterbildungsbereitschaft Eigenständiges Arbeiten und Freude an der Herausforderung sozialorientiertes offenes Team ein fachlich hochqualitatives Arbeitsumfeld bei einem erfolgreichen und renommierten Versicherungsmakler interessantes und vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet in einem Team Teamevents Homeoffice Möglichkeit Öffi-Ticket Kantine im Haus (Essenszuschuss) Bahnhof Heiligenstadt in 2 Minuten Gehzeit Billa in 2 Minuten Gehzeit neuer moderner Standort / schönes Büro / Topmoderne Arbeitsplätze Sozialraum zur Erholung in den Pausen Spannende Tätigkeiten Angebote für persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten sind uns sehr wichtig Wir bieten einen attraktiven Basisgehalt von EUR 20.000 Jahresbrutto (Teilzeit / 20 Wochenstunden).
