Sie haben die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens mitzuwirken und zukunftsweisende Strategien im Forderungsmanagement umzusetzen.

Head of Operations (m/w/d)Ihr spannendes Aufgabengebiet:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Abläufe im Bereich Forderungsmanagement und Kundenservice
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Analyse von KPIs sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Performance-Verbesserung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Abteilungen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
  • Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen vorantreiben
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im operativen Bereich, idealerweise im Forderungsmanagement oder Finanzdienstleistungssektor
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Prozessoptimierung und Organisationsentwicklung
  • Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Analytische, strategische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung mit digitalen Lösungen und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
